What are the medically significant differences?
What are the anatomical differences?
Why are these differences aesthetically significant?

I know this is an old post but I thought I would give you a starting point in your own ‘asian eye’ research. I know that the ‘asian’ look has to do with the shape and position of the nose, the eyebrows and, also, the amount of fat under the eyes. Those feature help create the asian eye, I believe.
